Andriea Pereira

Andriea Pereira is the Country Manager (Gulf) at Sanji Caldera Associates, and will proudly mark 10 years of service in December 2026, with over eight of those years leading operations in the UAE. Her decade-long journey aligns with the firm’s 20-year legacy in Australian migration services, reflecting her integral role in shaping and strengthening the organisation’s growth across the Gulf.

She was instrumental in establishing and scaling the Gulf operations from the ground up and continues to lead the region with a strong focus on strategic growth, compliance, governance, and client excellence. Her responsibilities extend well beyond managing the UAE office, encompassing regional business development, operational leadership, and high-level client advisory.

With a strong foundation in Human Resources and business operations, Andriea plays a key role in managing Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) matters and complex employer-sponsored programs. She also advises across a wide range of Australian visa categories, including General Skilled Migration, Employer Sponsorship, Partner, Parent, and Visitor visas, delivering tailored and compliant migration solutions.

Her professional expertise spans fund recovery, payroll and salary processing, recruitment, HR policy development, operational administration, conflict resolution, and staff outsourcing. This multifaceted background enables her to drive efficiency, strengthen governance frameworks, and consistently deliver high standards of service. Her strategic leadership contributes directly to enhanced service delivery, sustained productivity, and long-term profitability.

Andriea has successfully completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Commendation, further strengthening her leadership acumen, commercial insight, and strategic management capabilities as she continues to drive the next phase of growth for Sanji Caldera Associates in the Gulf.
