Sanji A. Caldera (CPA, FCMA, MMIA) is a certified Australian immigration consultant and has been accrediated as a qualified licensed practitioner by the Australian Federal Government Regulatory Body: MARA (Office of the Migation Agents Registration Authority).
Additionally, Sanji is a long standing member of the MIA (Migration Institute of Australia) and is well recognized as a Senior Consultant due to his vast contributions and inputs regarding matters of legislation and best practices.
Sanji is also an accomplished Accountant; He holds certified professional qualifications by CPA Australia (Certified Practising Accountants) and maintains CPA level membership. Further to this, Sanji is also a FCMA ranked (top tier) Chartered Management Accountant accredited by CIMA (Chartered Institute Management Accountants UK).
Sanji has a wide-array of skills and a wealth of professional experience within Industry, Private Practice and Public Sector that he has acquired though a long and illustrious career. He was the former Director/General Manager of ICL Marketing (Pvt) Ltd a Subsidiary of the Maharaja Organization during it’s prime from the late 80’s to early 90’s before deciding to immigrate to Australia on a skilled migration basis. Upon his move to Australia, Sanji was employed by the ATO (Australian Tax Office) where he continued to work for over 15 years as a Senior Auditor. After obtaining his qualification in Australian Immigration Law and subsequent practicing license in 2006, Sanji established his own private migration consultancy firm in Melbourne, Australia.
Ram Mohan Pillai
UAE Partner & Regional Director (Arabian Gulf)
Ram Mohan Pillai is the Managing Director of the Haran Group of companies with business interests in UAE, UK and sub-Saharan Africa such as management consulting, FMCG procurement from China, duty free retail, airport consultancy and luxury customisation services.
Ram’s company was the first in UAE to take a retail franchise of an existing semi governmental service (Du stores) and increase their performance and customer satisfaction levels, winning the Best Franchisee Award before completing the five years contract.
Prior to starting his own business, Ram spent nearly 10 years with Vodafone UK where he progressed through their Graduate Development Programme and was instrumental during Vodafone’s launch of 3G services before moving to Dubai to consult for Du Telecom in its formative years.
Ram is passionate about the power of business networking and is the Director – External Affairs for Sri Lanka Business Council for Dubai and the Northern Emirates (SLBC) and is also a long-standing member of the British Business Group (BBG) and Singapore Business Council (SBC). Ram was born in Batticaloa, Sri Lanka before emigrating to the UK and now settled in Dubai for 12 years with wife and two children.
Nimmi is based in our Melbourne office and is responsible for the operations at our Melbourne office as the Executive Assistant to Sanji Caldera. She is the longest standing member of the SCA team and coming upon to her 10th year of service.
Nimmi brings her previous experience from multinational organisations such as AVIVA Global Services and KPMG. She coordinates and manages the work load from the Australian and Overseas offices, she is passionate about smooth flow and fluidity within our organization.
Her current role requires high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to ensure her decisions are compliant with legislative requirements, internal policy and industry service standards which is essential working in immigration consultancy. Nimmi’s excellent customer service focus has resulted in a successful, smooth and rewarding migration experience for all our clients.
Country Manager (UAE)
Andriea Perera is the Country Manager (UAE) and responsible for the effective implementation of strategies and operations in the UAE region. She is an experienced HR professional with a background in fund recovery, salary processing, recruitment, creating and maintaining HR policies, conflict resolution through labour court representation, operational administration and has played pivotal roles in the outsourcing of staff to various industry leading organizations in Sri Lanka.
Andriea is a highly motivated and dedicated member of our staff. With her pleasing personality and extensive experience liaising with clients and corporations, she is committed to providing high quality services to ensure positive outcomes, whilst identifying and implementing strategies to improve service delivery, productivity and profitability for Sanji Caldera Associates (Pvt) Ltd.
Country Manager (Sri Lanka)
As the Country Manager in Sri Lanka, Angelo oversees the operations of the company and liaises with other branches to ensure the highest standards of customer service. He draws from his experience as a former Assistant Manager in the banking sector and utilizes his strong interpersonal skills in effective decision making and business development.
Angelo is a charismatic, stalwart employee who is highly committed to ensuring growth and profitability. He will always go the extra mile to provide a commendable service by providing timely solutions and pragmatic advice to clients.
Charuka is based in our Melbourne office and is responsible for providing clients with expert advice and guidance on how best to obtain the required documentation to migrate internationally and complete their student visa process smoothly. She is well qualified and holds extensive experience over 03 years as a senior student counsellor and branch office manager in the education industry.

Charuka is currently in the final year of her Master of Professional Accounting and holds a BSc (Hons) Business Management with part qualifications in CIMA, AAT Sri Lanka. she is skilled in Student Admission & visa process, Finance, Operations Management, Client Relations, Team Management, and Marketing.
Client Relationship Manager
Stephanie is a highly accomplished Relationship Manager based in our Melbourne Office, who is responsible for our Family and Partner Visa division. She has a sound knowledge of all visa types and extensive experience with Family and Partner Visas.
Stephanie works collaboratively with clients to achieve successful visa outcomes and has a warm compassionate approach. Stephanie is known for her attention to detail which mitigates risk during the visa application process and is reflected in her incredible success rates for her clients. Stephanie often consults on complex immigration matters, and through her research and knowledge of current Migration Legislation and Policy, provide clients with an innovative solution.
Stephanie is currently completing the final steps to become a Registered Migration Agent with The Office of Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
International Student Counsellor
Sandunika is based in our Sri Lankan office and she is responsible for the student visa operations in Sri lanka.
She has many years of experience in the student visa industry, specializing in Australian and Canadian student visas.
Sandunika has completed a Certificate in Business Management and she is looking forward to continuing her education by completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Dilshan Mathota Rallage
Registered Migration Consultant
Dilshan Mathota Rallage (MMIA, BBus (Accounting), GradDip Mig Law) MARN: 2015630 is a certified Australian immigration consultant and has been admitted as a qualified licensed practitioner by the Australian Federal Government Regulatory Body: OMARA (Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority).
Additionally, Dilshan is a licensed Education Consultant as well (QEAC: S212). Dilshan also has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from La Trobe University in Melbourne and has worked as a Stock Market Specialist at HSBC bank in Colombo, Sri Lanka for over 2 years. After obtaining his Australian Immigration Law qualification and subsequent practising license in 2020, Dilshan now works for Sanji Caldera Associates in Melbourne, Australia office.

A highly efficient and robust track record of over ten years of short-term and long-term visa processing. He is also trained and Specialized in client handling. Wathsan quickly responds to client queries and always gives his clients the right advice. Angela Withanage has over three years of work experience in the field of customer services and Visa Processing. She is an asset to the organization due to her great personality and enthusiasm.
Susantha de Alwis
Susantha de Alwis holds a MBA and has over 26 years of experience in the financial sector. He has held various positions such as Executive Director at Bartleet Finance as well as Consultant at the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment. Due to his vast experience in the finance sector Susantha is handling the Business Innovation and Investment Visa program for interested business owners who wish to migrate to Australia
Rodney is a recent graduate in Bachelor of Business Administration and joined the company as a management trainee. He is involved with the Skilled Migration process and is developing his skills in customer service, attention to detail as well as establishing trust with potential clients. Rodney works closely with the Colombo team and also provides support to the overseas branches of the company. Rodney also has over 2 years of experience in customer handling and service.
Dushyantha is based in our Melbourne office and responsible for business visa processing. He has two Bachelor’s degrees in Applied Sciences (USJP) and Financial Engineering (UOC) and completed his Master’s degree in Project Management at CQ University Australia.
He has experience in different sectors such as manufacturing and insurance in Sri Lanka apart from a project management role held in an Australian company. His analytical and detail-oriented skills excel productively meeting targets while building client relationships to ensure on-time and accurate completion of visa processing.
Milindu comes from a strong Aviation and Business background. He is a highly motivated individual with a drive to build and maintain professional relations. Pramuka is a highly capable and enthusiastic person, who has well over 10 years of experience in the visa services industry, specializing in short-term visa processing to the UK, Australia and Canada. Pramuka also has extensive knowledge in the customer service industry which he draws from his previous work experiences as a former Team Lead and a former Deputy Manager position in the customer service industry. Pramuka brings a great deal of experience and skill to the Colombo team.
