Rodney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and began his journey with the company as a Management Trainee. Through dedication, outstanding performance, and a strong commitment to client service, he progressed quickly into a key operational leadership position.

With over four years of specialised experience in Skilled Migration and visa consultancy, Rodney excels in managing a wide range of applications, including Skilled Migration, Tourist Visas, Partner Visas, and Parent Visas. He is known for his ability to handle complex cases with precision, providing clear guidance to clients and consistently achieving successful outcomes. His strong attention to detail, deep understanding of migration pathways, and ability to build trust with clients have been instrumental in shaping positive migration journeys for many individuals and families.

In his operational role, Rodney works closely with the Colombo team while extending valuable support to our overseas branches.
